Based on the aggregation of billions of search queries that people typed into Google this year, Zeitgeist captures the spirit of 2010. Google Zeitgeist captures the queries within different categories and these categories differ from country to country. For India, Google has listed queries in the Fastest rising category, Most popular brand, movies and people.
The category that should be of utmost interest to us is the Most Popular 'How To'. I believe each one is a potential business idea although I'd give an arm to see someone create a venture around the topmost query. The challenge is to create an innovative and sustainable model.

For my kinds, I can already envisage a gym or a fitness cum nutrition center dedicated to weight gain. I would willingly join one if it is priced like most other gyms.
Spoken English is still a big market. It needs a brilliant idea - maybe a You Tube channel (web media driven) or mobisodes (mobile) to meet this need gap. So many people around me would love such a service. With 3G in the pipeline, a mobile phone course on English Speaking can become a super hit.
There's also an ocean full of opportunity in the website design and creation space. Every day, God knows how many people are looking at starting web-based businesses or looking at web presence for their offline businesses. In India, it's going to blossom in the next decade.
The impressing a girl query (dating portal) is the next web entrepreneur's biggest opportunity according to me. It requires a certain amount of sophistication, censorship and well defined spam and sleaze control boundaries.
This is just my elementary take on the list. I am sure some more brainstorming will yield better opportunities.
